Do you feel overwhelmed with every day life? Do you feel like you are going through the motions but not really living? Do you feel like you are caring the constant weight of managing all the things while also trying to take care of your own needs? It does not have to be that way.

So often we are told that the overwhelm, stress and lack of vitality is normal but it is time to let go of the 'shoulds'. If you have been struggling to connect with your authentic self due to past trauma, current life transitions and/or "juggling it all", you are in the right place.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental, trauma informed curiosity to our sessions. The goal being, to gain a deeper understanding about your authentic self and what is standing in the way of that person from showing up fully. We will discuss past, present and future barriers, such as trauma, relationships, self-esteem, circumstances and beliefs.

Trauma can be a major, one time, life event or prolonged exposure to interpersonal threat such as neglect, disrupted or misaligned attachment, ongoing social stress (bullying or a persistent lack of positive social interaction), or community and political violence. You get to decide what made an impact on you and we can explore it together.

General Anxiety

Uneasy feeling, panic or danger. Trouble sleeping. Unable to stay calm and still. Cold, sweaty, tingling hands or feet. Trouble breathing (shortness of breath, lump in the throat, increased rate of breaths). Increased heart rate. Trouble focusing. Dry mouth. Dizziness or feeling weak. Are a few of the symptoms that are characteristic of anxiety.
